Energy Analysis and Comfort Solutions, Inc., (EACS), is a premier Consulting Association dedicated to providing the highest quality Title 24 services with professionalism and integrity.

EACS is committed to improving the quality of HVAC installations by assisting Contractors, Raters, and Building Departments communicate in a simplified medium.

EACS has simplified the CEC documentation process and allows Contractors, Raters and Building Departments to review or print these documents from one centralized location. This will prevent documents from being “misplaced” or “lost”, and reduce the amount of paperwork each party must produce.

EACS assists Building Departments review test results of Contractor projects, “associated” into groups, to determine that the group is established, tested, CF4Rs are completed, and complies with CEC requirements.

EACS provides Building Departments with simplified CEC requirement documentation online and inspector training classes to keep “up to date” on CEC Title 24 procedures and changes.
